check to make sure your metabase.bin file is not corrupt.

Hai Everybody ,
When i open the microsoft internet information server / internet
service manager i get the error message " Error Connecting Server" Data
is invalid " and also i could not able to see the webservices , ftp , and
other services in the window. what may be the problem.. Please help me....
System Configuration :
SMALL BUSINESS SERVER 4.5 SERVICE PACK 6
WINDOWS OPTION PACK IIS 4.O / TRANSACTION SERVER
PROXY SERVER 2.O . 128 mb Ram.Installed.
