There is a linux boot disk utility that will allow you to change the
password. Or you can call PSS and they will give you a back door solution I
am sure.

Subject: Lost local admin password

I have a user that disconnected himself from the domain. I do not know the
local admin password and he does not remember what he set it to.

Is there anything I can do to salvage this? I need the local admin password
to log in and rejoin him to the domain. I would rather not reinstall. It
is one of the VP of sales...

Thanks!
