The drive may well work with Windows XP if it is compatible with Windows 2000, however this is not guaranteed. Many hardware devices are completely compatible under XP with Windows 2000 drivers, however some just won't work. I suggest contacting the product's vendor and enquiring if it is compatible under Windows XP. Considering it doesn't say "NT" specifically I would gamble that it is not compatible under Windows NT 4.0, which is a disgusting pig of an operating system anyway, and should be banished for all eternity.
