Win2k already has some built-in security templates that you can modify.  If
you want to take a look at those templates, open up your mmc and add the
security templates snap-in.  This will show you the available templates, and
even show you their settings.  You can compare (analyze) the current
settings using the security configuration and analysis snap-in, and can even
tell it to apply the new settings.  Hope this helps.  Not sure off the top
of my head how you can export the template.
