I don't think there is a how to on here. But here is some advise. 1) Create a rule to put all messages from NT 2000 Discussions in to a separate folder in Outlook. Personally I just sort by date. 2) Hang out and watch for a while before posting. Get a feel for the group dynamics 3) Do your homework. Don't assume this is a personal help desk. In other words, if you have, for example a problem in event viewer, take a moment to look up the relevant info. Don't just say "I am getting an 8022 Error in event viewer, how do I fix it." Try, "I have gotten an 8022 error and followed the advise on the MS site for fixing it, but it hasn't helped, any advise?" 4) Wear your flame proof suit! :)
