Here's the situation, I'm running win2000 smtp service on both of my web
servers strictly for outgoing email. It seems that as of the last two days
the inbound users emails have been coming in in multiples. Meaning, that one
user has submitted a form that generates an email and this email comes in
three or more times.

When we test the forms and resulting emails from our internal network or
from outside, say at home, everything functions properly. One request is
sent and one email is received just as it should be.

Does this sound simply like user error, bad connection maybe or just hitting
submit multiple times, or does this sound like something that maybe caused
from the service? I checked what kind of browsers these certain users were
using and two of the three are using the standard IE and one was using AOL 7
IE 6.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Happy Holidays!
