I've been searching for a programmatic way to control the counter logs under Performance Logs and Alerts. More specifically, I'd like to be able to change the properties of any given counter log and to be able to start and stop a specific counter log. Basically, I'd like to programmically accomplish what one can do through the Performance MMC in the Administrative Tools group. I have so far come up empty. It doesn't look like there is a COM scripting interface for this.
