I also have this problem in one of the environments I support, which has 
mixed Win2K Pro and Win98SE clients with a Win2K SP2 server. In my case 
what happens is that the people logging in from Win98SE get locked out all 
the time, but the Win2K Pro people are fine. You might find Q264678 of 
interest, it discusses increased lockout frequency related to Kerberos 
authentication.
