browstat from the reskit.

You will only catch machines that are currently on (or recently were on
given the latency of browsing.)

You could also use netdom to see all the computer accounts on your network.

In either event you will need to parse the result to break it down to just
machine names.  I suspect Andrew Baker probably has something on this at
