I am not following? Are you looking for tools to recover lost files? Is the drive bad? If the drive is good but the files are missing, then your options are pretty limited. If you don't have a backup, you are not going to be able to restore. I don't know of any utility that will restore a deleted file besides some type of backup. Sorry.
