It's because you're either trying to push the image to a server that doesn't have the Win2K Pro cd files or you've deleted that image from the Remote Install share.
When you created the RIS server, you were asked to put in a CD, presumably the one you would be making an image for. This creates an image directory deep under the Remote Install share. If you delete this directory, you can't push the image to that server.
