I've set Terminal Server users registry settings to hide drives using the
registry entry "NoDrives" to prevent users from seeing the local drives of
the server from Windows Explorer (they can only see the public drive and
their own home drive). What I was wondering, is there a registry setting
to prevent a user from using a program, say Notepad, and accessing local
drives using the File >> Open >> File Name field by typing, as an example,
"c:\winnt" and so on.

I understand that locking down drives using Security permissions is
necessary, but it would be nice if they couldn't see the drives at all it
in the first place.

TIA
