if it's part of a win2k domain, check the security policy on the
appropraite OU; maybe task manager has been disabled.

Has anyone seen this happen before? I can't get to Task Manager either
from
Ctr+Shift+Esc or by clicking on it from Ctr+Alt+Del. It never opens. The
only way I can open it is from the run prompt. System is Win2k pro sp2. I
have checked the KB without luck. Anyone got any suggestions?
