The problem was solved by installing the printers locally and then creating the network share.

It goes all the way through the install process then at the end it gives me the following error: "Printer driver was not installed. The specified print monitor is unknown." I searched technet and various newsgroups but have found nothing on this subject. If anyone knows a workaround please let me know. I cannot use the default w2k drivers cause it does not give all the printer options.
