You probably need to reassign permissions for the IUSR_XXXXXXXX account.

Hi all,

I just upgraded an older web server to Windows 2000/IIS5, and now I'm
getting this error for all pages:
There is only .ASP in these directories, and I doubled checked all the
security settings (why they would change from NT4 beats me).

Any help would be appreciated.

403.1 Forbidden: Execute Access Forbidden
This error can be caused if you try to execute a CGI, ISAPI, or other
executable program from a directory that does not allow programs to be
executed.
Please contact the Web server's administrator if the problem persists.
