As a practice we make sure to only run services with service accounts and
set those passwords to meet complexity requirements and to not expire the
password.

I believe SMS will pull this info in for you if you tell it to in the MOF
file.

Here is a clarification on my questions.  Sorry for not being clear the 
first time around.

The idea would be to not have to go through each service individually.  The 
problem is when we change a password for a certain domain account, that 
account locks.  Our best guess is that there is a service somewhere on the 
domain running using this account.  A program like that I am looking for 
would assist with this.  The other option is to manually go through every 
service on every server.
