You can use CSVDE or LDIFDE, CSVDE can only add new objects and LDIFDE can
add modify and delete objects in AD. I don't remember the Q article for
csvde but the one for ldifde is Q237677. Doing a search of the Microsoft
site for either should give you plenty of information.
