Yups. I've tried a bunch of drivers for the GFX card, and both the "plug and play" as well as Eizo specific driver for the monitor, even though that's not supposed to be needed for PnP systems/monitors.

I doubt this is an OS issue. It is probably more driver related. I assume you have unchecked the "Hide blah blah" check box? -----Original Message----- From: Johan Sunnerstig [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Friday, February 22, 2002 1:45 AM To: NT 2000 Discussions Subject: Windows and high resolutions? I have a rather annoying problem with Windows XP(Yes I know this is a 2K list, but since there isn't an XP list yet, I figured this is as close as Im gonna get). I have an Eizo F931 21" monitor, capable of 104 Hz at 1600x1200, hooked up to a GeForce 3 which can handle 100 Hz at 1600x1200x32. But for some reason Windows won't let me go higher than 85 Hz. I've tried a few different things, including changing drivers, for both the monitor and gfx card, and using a few tweaking programs, but I've been unable to get above 85 Hz. I know this isn't really the typical kind of question for this list, but Im getting a tad desperate here.
