-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I've prepped a number (>15) new Dell GX240 1.7 GHz 256 RAM 40GB 7200 computers W2k Pro SP2 NTFS. After applying all critical updates and all office 2k updates I notice that non-Admin users open programs very slowly. I find this odd. An example is when I try to open Control Panel it will take about 10 seconds for the icons to appear. Has anyone experienced this or have suggestions for something I have overlooked?
