the ADMT program will map the old sid's and attach them to the new sid so
users can access both new and old resources. WE have done this with a 60+
user migration,a dn it was flawless.

I believe it must be Native mode as well.

Don't forget that all accounts will have a new SID which means all
file/share permissions are screwed unless you run something to map those old
SIDS to the new SIDS on every file and share on every server.

ADMT only works when the target is an AD.  That's not a bad thing, it's just
not what Johnny mentioned here.  I'd suggest that he look at that scenario
though.
