round-robin won't really do it - every x person will get the "down" www
record.  there are some dynamic dns solutions out there that will help you
with this.  we looked at F5 3DNS, but it's quite $.  There are some new
players in the space that have cheaper solutions. Also,  If you need the
existing traffic "re-routed" to the mirror site then you'll need to have
your public ip blocks injected into each other providers BGP tables (or host
your own).  Talk with your isps on this.
