i) As I remember, removing the run from Start is a USER node config, and so it must be set in a policy that sits over your users OU.

To get away from that I am testing the compatws security template in the lab. What I'm finding is that the template is not going out to the workstations. The policy is in an OU and the computers are in an OU under it. I have put the computers in a group and given them permissions to the policy. Just for fun, I setup a second policy for users, removing the Run key from the start menu. That one's doesn't go out either. Works on the local box. I've checked and double checked the permissions. Anyone have any suggestions on where I should look next?
