I am assuming the system and boot partition for Windows 2000 professional is
the same as Windows 98.  If that's the case then, to remove Win2K
Pro...start Windows 98 and delete the WINNT directory.

The reason why you are having problems in Win2K Pro is probably because you
installed the system into the same partition as Windows 98.  Win2K and
Windows 98 use the same Program Files directory.  This will also make your
Windows 98 unstable too.

To do it the proper way, you should have a seperate partition for the
Windows 2000 Professional system files.  Say Drive D:
