The only way that you can control that that I know of is by network
subnet.  So for example if you have an office in Chicago and one in
Denver; Chicago is 192.168.10.X and Denver is 192.168.11.X and your
routers won't broadcast to different Subnets you will only get to the
Domain Controller of the Subnet that you are on.  Does this help?
