I have used Mandatory Profile to customise my desktop setting & including MSOffice 2000 Shortcut Bar I have used Group Policy to tighten generic user's security settings. Now that user wants me to amend the policy so that generic user can use Internet Explorer's Print menu option from File pull-down menu. Although I have enabled the IE-File-Print menu setting from Group Policy, the setting can not be applied to the current generic user unfortunately. I know my Group Policy setting is correct because I have tested it with another testing account OK. Help...please, thanks.
