Every time I try to install an App I get this Message The system must be restarted before installing the Software, to allow some prior file update operations to complete. (These operations were previously scheduled by some other install or uninstall operation.)
Now this happened right after I installed Windows 2000 no SP's or anything I go to: HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\PendingFileRenameOperations\ \??\c:\winnt\system32\spool\DRIVERS\Color\new And the same entry shows after every reboot and no matter how many times I boot I still see it.
