If you have the latest drivers installed on the print server you will probably see very few if any OS vs. Driver issues. We have an NT4 print server serving up HP 4xxx N printers. They work with XP, 2K, ME, 98, and 95. No probs. But you do have to specify to install 9x drivers when setting up the share as well.
