Subject: JPG and Permissions

Windows 2000 Professional SP2
Office 2000 Premium

One of my users cant use MS Photo Editor (that installs with O2k) to view
JPG files. The app is installed properly because I can log on as an admin
and view the files fine on the same machine. The error message says no file
information is located in the registry for that particular file type. If I
try to associate JPGs under Tools/Folder Options the 'change' and 'advanced'
buttons are greyed out and cant be accessed.
The permissions on the file itself are fine, and the permissions on
photoed.exe are ok as well (photoed.exe can be opened, just no JPGs can be
accessed).

There are no other permissions issues with this particular box or for this
user; what permissions would I have to alter to allow jpg viewing?

Thanks
.Salvatore
