I haven't heard of this before, but then again, I have never tried to
install the adminpak on NT 4.0 before.  I don't think it will work, but
someone else may have a more definitive answer.  In the case that it
doesn't, there are quite a few 3rd party tools that integrate the functions
of AD into their tools.  One that comes to mind is Hyena.
