Depends on the original group policy. The default setting for group policy software deployment is that once the policy is no longer in effect, the software does not get removed. If you do not want certain desktops to receive the policy at all, or you want the software to be removed if they are members of the specific security group, modify your domain group policy so that when the specific system is no longer in the scope of the group policy, the software is removed.

This works ok, HOWEVER, now we need to have some desktop free from policies therefore we created a security group and denied policy apply right to this group.
