Hi all, Just curious on some feedback on what we'll be doing because of the Netware stuff...
Got a small NT 4 site with about 50 users, one domain, also running Netware 5, not using NDS for NT but just for their login scripts. They're buying 3 new servers and want to move to AD. I'm going to build one of the new servers as a BDC, promote it to the PDC and take the old PDC off-line. I'm then going to do an in place upgrade of the PDC to Windows 2000 and setup AD. Will the client on the 2000 Pro machines still work just fine for their login scripts? There's talk of doing away with the Netware box for login scripts and start using .vbs but I don't think they want to do it immediately. Comments?
