Yes, I can resolve from inside the network.

I just fixed the problem anyway. It was because ISA server's default
settings.

I had chosen to allow DNS filter, and it automatically created a rule
allowing DNS on port 53UDP, but it was on the remote port 53 and not
local port 53, I just created a manual rule for local UDP port 53, and
it works like a charm.

Thanks guys!

Can you resolve the hosted DNS zone from inside of the network? Just to
make sure that the DNS is doing its job and it's not a networking issue
first.

Did you open both TCP53, and UDP53?

I'm configuring a server with ISA as a firewall, I have rules allowing
all the protocols I need, and everything works fine, except DNS
resolution.

I have some DNS zones hosted on that server, and can't resolve any names
on it!

I have opened port 53, but that doesn't seem to work. What other ports
do I have to open?

Thanks in advance,
