Can anyone help with a problem that is causing trouble here and I cant get
any
helpful feedback from Apple. The problem concerns Quicktime 5.02 which works
normally until the screensaver (any screensaver - including the xp login
screensaver) kicks in. After that when I attempt to launch Quicktime it
doesnt display on screen properly (no video - sound is audible) with frozen
menus etc. This occurs when the screensaver is activated and the "on resume,
password protect" /"display login screen" option is ticked. If this option
is unchecked quicktime functions normally after the screensaver has been
activated Unfortunately once this peculiar behavior occurs on a machine only
a restart will get Quicktime functioning again.

Can anyone help with suggestions as to whats going on or - even better a
cure. Unfortunately Quicktime is required and the sreensaver password
protection is a must to keep prying fingers off the keyboard.

Regards - Peter
