What kind of content, backend structure..?  I can only assume IIS and ASP
scripting..?!  That is usually the case.  If any of the site is ASP, then
there is a chance that parts are database driven.  If some of the site is DB
driven, then you must copy the databases over and recreate the DSN ODBC
names exactly as they where on the original server..  That could be one
thing that may cause you some trouble..  I think that you must provide some
more info as to what specific part of the sites isn't working on the new
server setup...
