It's on your server if you've got TS installed. You should see a menu option
called Terminal Services Client Creation or something to that effect. A
quick search on Google will get you rollin...

Do you want to access your servers via Terminal Services or do you want to 
manage the different aspects of your network? If it's the first, Terminal 
Services must be installed on your server(s) (in Admin mode) and then you 
just need to install the TS client on your box. If it's the latter... now 
that you've installed adminpak.msi, you'll have a new menu item called 
Administrative Tools. You'll find what you need there... or just run the mmc

console and add the snap-in you wish to use.
