Hi Marvins... good to learn that there are still a few more MCSE's left on this planet
that respect the Sun products... anyways.. you will not need the NIS+ unless you are
deciding to go in with a major Solaris or Unix network.. other than that... sun is
very very good with providing you all the help .... just go to http://docs.sun.com and
search for any documentation and you will find it there... also subscribe to
solarisonintel... in case you need to learn more about solaris on sparc.. subscribe to
that group as wel...

Subject: Very OT...Sun

Can anyone point me to some online assistance for learning Sun? I have an
Ultra 10 that I'm trying to setup on my W2K network and I'm having trouble
deciding on either DNS or NIS+. Acutally I installed it with DNS and I can
ping my W2K servers fine, I'm just not sure where to go now.
Any help is appreciated.

Sorry for the change of topic...
