That's pretty much it.  Although, I've always preferred not to change
the NetSol record.  But, tell your ISP to slave off of your DNS server.
Because, usually your ISP has more reliable internet connectivity and
redundancy.  This way, you don't have to tell NetSol anything, and at
the same time you will have control over your DNS records.

Our goal is to host our own DNS....
Currently Network Solutions points to our ISP, I have a Server that I
have set up with our Domain and all the Servers we need for name
Resolution.... Question 
1. To switch it so the World uses our DNS vs. Our ISP do I need to do
anything except notify Netsol that the Primary and Secondary DNS
addresses have Changed?
