Thank you for that information so far... Anyone else any more ideas?

With the gpotool I found out, that the default domain policy has different versions on 
both machines and that the Default Domain Controllers Policy is not accessible on both 
machines (cannot access 
\\'servername'\sysvol\cyberconsult.lan\policies\{'uid...'}\gpt.ini error 2).

Hmmm... My boss will probably kill me ;)
