Wouldn't SMS Require alot of Hardware? My environment is very small, I'm
just not finding the time to manage this stuff manually anymore.

I have Track-it from Blue Ocean and this is cheaper, easier to use, and
much
easier to get reports. Tech support isn't as good, but I think you will be
fine.
