I have an user that his roaming profile got corrupted and the local machine will not
log him on. We deleted the user's profile from both the server location and the local
machine.

This is an Windows 2000 Professional Sp2 on a native windows 2000 domain.

This is the error in the event log we are getting:
Source: Userenv
Event ID: 1000
description:
Windows cannot unload your registry file. If you have a roaming profile, your
settings are not replicated. Contact your administrator.

DETAIL - Access is denied. , Build number ((2195)).

At this point all we want to accomplish is getting the local machine to recreate a
profile. Which it will not do.

Any suggestions?
