Deependra, I think you are looking for the event logs to delete while in recovery console, yes? (That's why start/programs or even find are not an option, joe).
I know in NT that the logs (appevent.evt; secevent.evt; sysevent.evt) are stored in: %SYSTEMROOT%\system32\config directory. I cannot remember for Win2K (the same, maybe)?
