Could also be that the user is logged onto another machine using his old
password.  That even happened to me.  I was logged into one of our servers
with my account, and changed my password.  Got myself locked out real quick.
Happens to all of us at least once  <BG>

we get this here anytime admins change their nt password and almost always
it is due to a service or persistent share in a script or something. Check
your logs. You do have auditing turned on dont you? ;)
