I needed to change domains on a remote users laptop and that went fine,
however when the computer rebooted they couldn't log into the new domain.
We use a vpn tunnel to connect the computers into our network and have
made the change in the registry to keeprasconnections, however it doesn't
seem to work with them. It does work on mine, but I sychronize offline
files which slows down my log off process and allows me to be reprompted
by my vpn software to authenticate on log off. Then I can log back in and
it authenticates me to the domain and runs the login script.

Any ideas on how to slow down the logoff process on the remote users
laptop so the vpn software will reprompt them to authenticate? I don't
know what else to try with them. Got them using citrix for now as local
admin on their machine, but that is only a workaround. As a last resort
they can stop by an office next Wednesday, but would like to get them
working sooner.

Thanks.... Craig
