Hmmm. Looks like it is seeing this drive as a CD File System. Was the drive formatted in NTFS or FAT? Disk Management and hardware manager may be able to actually see the drive is attached to the computer but if the formatting isn't correct the OS will not be able to read it. Have you tried booting to a command prompt and see if you can view the data on the drive?
