Outside clients dial in to our ISP using CHAP and our ISP is acting as the NAS via a Proxy RADIUS. We are going to put another proxy Radius box in our dmz to forward to an IAS server for authentication. Is it recommended that we put the IAS service on our DC's or on a box by itself in the domain where we need the CHAP clients to authenticate?
