I know this may sound ridiculous, but have you updated the ROM for the server and loaded the latest drivers from smart start 5.40?

It's running SQL server and since my CPU case was replaced (experienced failure and thermal shutdown) the server runs for a half hour to an hour and then for no explained reason there is no video and the server is locked up. If you reboot and check the event viewer there is no errors logged just the last shutdown was unexpected. I have tried RAM CPU boards for RAM, CPU and SCSI controller power supply any help would be great!
