Task scheduler will do it. Just make it run every day at X AM. Then
you have to make it a repeating task, and have it repeat every 5 minutes
for Y hours. I run these kind of scripts from 7am to 6pm. I've used
task scheduler to run cmd's and vbs'es.

Subject: Scheduling Scripts

I need to run a script every 5 minutes to check RAM usage on a machine
with
a leaky app. I have a script but do not know how to schedule it. I am
running W2K. The task scheduler doesn't appear to give me this
functionality. I am also very new to scripting. Does anyone have any
recommendation?

TIA
Justin
