I have seen this problem frequently, and I just had a big situation today concerning this very issue. Whenever a user is forced to change there password, per our account policies, if they are logged into any other computer, or left a Terminal Server connection hanging, then there account get's locked out. Now I understand the physics of why the account is becoming locked, but what I am wondering is if I can prevent it in the future. We are running a Native AD domain network with win2k professional on all workstations. Group Policies for accounts are in place. Anthony L. Sollars System/Network Administrator Sightward, Inc.
