Hi there, I have a remote office where the power went out for an hour... Anyhow.. I have a few w2k pro systems there with Intel Pro VE100 NICS,
After the power came back on, the machines are showing the cables "as being disconnected".. Even though they are not. Machines boot fine. The NICS shows as ok in the device manager... In IPCONFIG it also shows the cables as being disconnected.... NICS have be re-installed, machines powered down, etc etc. Checked communication with the hub, and all seems fine.... The server over there is up fine, and I can still VPN in.... So.... Ideas?
