All roles have been transferred. If I go into Sites and Services it tells me
that I can't. 'The DSA object cannot be deleted. That's why I found Q318698
but I don't have ADSI Edit to do this.

We did this in a test lab, I think you have to make sure the remaining DC
has all the roles (Q255690). Then delete the rep. partner (server) in A/D
Sites and Services. You should be able to delete it from A/D Users and
Computers after this. I'm going from my sketchy notes....check with others
first!
